Lame Name

Well here this goes. My name is Wilson. I am currently a culinary student and a food addict. It took me a while to find this industry and am now wrapped up in it. I would like to take this time to apologize for the name that I chose for this blog. I'm just not that clever a this current moment in time. My idea for this blog first came to me about 3 weeks ago. I was told just to start and go from there. I will try to be more logical and better organized with my work. Forgive me this is my first go 'round. My goal for this blog is to provide a place to talk about food and cooking. (and some Redskins) The last one is to feed my addiction for the burgundy and gold. I am entering my 10th week of school. So far I have gone through the culinary basics, knife skills, inventory, and meat fabrication. Guess which one I liked the best. I am now in a pm dinner production class where we make dinner cafeteria style. Now I understand the sheer arrogance of discribing my lowly life but this is the intro so deal with it. For those who go to school with me feel free to comment on what I've written. I in no way believe that I know any better than any of you. I just felt like writing something. For those who are not in the food world feel free to ask questions and I will try to answer them as best as I can. Any so that is the deal. Once again sorry for the crappy name
